Commit to Fighting Back on Earth Day
April 22, 2025 is Earth Day, and "the mother" has never been under greater threat.
Whether it’s rolling back federal standards for clean air and water, opening our pristine national parks for logging, or threatening the critical work of climate-focused orgs: the orange man and his band of do-bad-ers has clearly set our planet at the top of his enemies list.
I know a little something about being on a vain man’s enemies list — and let me tell you, it burns a lot of oxygen.
That’s why this Earth Day, I'm asking you to commit to giving a damn by setting a goal of attending at least one protest in 2025. Maybe you’ve never been to one before, maybe you’ve been to dozens; either way I want you to make 2025 the year it becomes an intentional act.
New to making protest signs? Here’s a pro tip: use the inside of a cardboard box — they’re usually in better shape than the exterior, and have no printing or labels on the inside.
You can also let your shirt be your sign, because just showing up is a big deal.
Grab JanePAC’s limited edition, consciously made, “Vote Like You Give A Damn” shirt, and help us fight like hell to elect progressive leaders willing to fight for our home planet, and our communities.
Then wear it with pride at the next rally, demonstration, or protest you attend.
When you wear yours, be sure to tag my team so they can celebrate your Earth Day promise to give a damn.
Happy Earth Day, friends.
xx,
Jane

💚 Thank you for never ceasing in your advocacy.
Everyday for last 20 years. No car. We walk, ride bus, train, bike.
No jets. Go sailing, rowing, hiking, swimming right here.
Buy local.
Make do.
Fix stuff. Don't throw it away.
And while it has made no discernable difference in the state of the world, we can look our grandkids in their bright eyed and say we tried.
